Do you work outside the Raleigh-Durham area?

Can Piper search live MLS listings?
Yes. Piper can search active listings in real time and share property details — address, price, beds/baths, square footage, days on market — directly in the conversation. When a lead asks "what's available in Apex under $600k?", Piper searches and responds with matching listings, then pivots to booking a showing. This is available in all markets where MLS data is accessible.

Compliance & Privacy

Is GoPiperGo TCPA compliant?
100%. Every conversation includes proper AI disclosure on the first message ("I'm Piper, an AI assistant for [Agent Name]"). We maintain one-to-one consent records for every lead, handle opt-outs instantly via STOP keyword, enforce quiet hours (8 AM–9 PM local time), and keep complete audit logs. We also handle all A2P 10DLC registration — the FCC-required registration for business text messaging — at no extra cost.
Do leads know they're talking to an AI?
Yes, always. The very first message Piper sends identifies her as an AI assistant. This is both required by law and, in our experience, actually better for conversion — leads appreciate the transparency and respond more honestly knowing they're not wasting a human's time in the middle of the night.
How is lead data handled and protected?

What CRMs does Piper integrate with?
Piper integrates with Follow Up Boss, Lofty (formerly Chime), KvCORE, BoomTown, Sierra Interactive, and any CRM that supports webhooks or Zapier. We handle the integration setup during onboarding at no extra charge. If your CRM isn't on this list, contact us — we can almost always make it work.
What lead sources does Piper work with?
Any lead source that can send a webhook or email notification — which is essentially all of them. Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, your IDX website, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads leads, open house sign-in tools, and more. We set up the connections during onboarding.
How long does setup take?
Most agents are fully live within 48 hours. The process is: 30-minute onboarding call → we build and test your Piper setup → we connect your lead sources and CRM → Piper goes live. We handle all the technical work. You just show up for the onboarding call.
Can I customize what Piper says?
Yes. Piper adapts to your voice, your brand, and your market. During onboarding we capture your communication style — formal vs. casual, how you like to introduce the booking conversation, any specific scripts you prefer.
