Why We Built Piper
Our AI assistant, Piper, isn't a chatbot reading from a generic script. Piper is trained on the Raleigh-Durham Triangle — she knows ITB from Five Points, understands the I-40 corridor patterns, and speaks the language of your local market. Every client gets a customized AI knowledge base built around their brand, their neighborhoods, and their way of doing business.
We saw that the agents who needed speed-to-lead the most — busy, successful agents juggling showings, closings, and life — were the least equipped to respond in under 60 seconds. The tools on the market were either too expensive, too complex, or too generic. So we built something different: a fully managed service where the technology works for you, not the other way around.
