Anti-Spam Policy

GoPiperGo LLC ("GoPiperGo," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding unsolicited commercial electronic messages (SPAM). Our platform is designed to facilitate compliant, AI-driven communication between licensed real estate professionals and their leads. GoPiperGo is a registered trade name of GOPIPERGO LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.
1. Consent & Opt-In Requirements
We do not allow the use of our platform to send messages to any individual who has not provided express written consent. Consent is obtained when a lead:
- Submits a web form on a client's website requesting information
- Initiates an inbound text message or call to a GoPiperGo-provisioned number
- Provides their contact information specifically for the purpose of real estate inquiries
Note: "Cold" lists, purchased lead lists, or scraped data are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Mandatory Disclosures
Every initial conversation initiated by the Piper AI assistant includes:
- AI Identification: A clear statement that the lead is communicating with an AI assistant
- Identity: The name of the real estate professional or brokerage the AI is representing
- Opt-out Instructions: Clear instructions on how to stop receiving messages
3. How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)
Users may revoke consent at any time. To stop receiving SMS communications from Piper AI, simply reply with any of the following universal commands:
- STOP
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- QUIT
Upon receipt of a STOP command, our system will automatically flag the phone number in our database, and no further automated messages will be sent to that number from that specific client account.
4. Message Frequency
The frequency of messages sent by Piper AI varies based on the lead's level of engagement, the nature of the inquiry (e.g., scheduling a showing), and the specific workflows set by the real estate professional.
4a. SMS Anti-Spam Provisions
GoPiperGo LLC maintains strict SMS-specific anti-spam measures to protect consumers and ensure full compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier requirements:
- No Unsolicited SMS: We never send text messages to individuals who have not explicitly opted in. SMS opt-in consent is always separate from other consent and is collected at the point of contact.
- Opt-In Data Protection: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never sold, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Immediate Opt-Out Processing: STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, and QUIT commands are processed automatically and immediately. A single opt-out confirmation message is sent; no further messages follow.
- No Deceptive Content: All SMS messages clearly identify GoPiperGo or the subscribing real estate agent and include a legitimate business purpose. No misleading subject lines, false urgency, or deceptive calls to action are permitted.
- Quiet Hours Enforcement: Outbound SMS messages are restricted to 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM local time, seven days a week.
- Registered Campaigns: All SMS traffic is sent via registered A2P 10DLC campaigns through Twilio with approved use-case descriptions and compliant message samples.
- Help Response: Replying HELP to any message will return a response with GoPiperGo's contact information: support@gopipergo.com or (919) 278-7202.
5. Data Privacy & Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or rent mobile opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to facilitate the communication requested by the user. For full details on how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. Compliance
GoPiperGo LLC is fully committed to compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications, including:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- CAN-SPAM Act
- A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements
- State-specific consumer protection laws
All SMS communications sent through our platform are delivered via registered A2P 10DLC campaigns through our messaging infrastructure provider, Twilio.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received an unsolicited message through our platform, please report it to us immediately at support@gopipergo.com with the date, time, and phone number involved. We investigate all reports within 24 hours and take corrective action as needed.
